Job Summary
This role is for a service-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide 1st and 2nd level support to internal users, both remotely and on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining workstations (hardware, software, network access), managing user accounts and access rights using tools like Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and assisting with IT system rollouts and updates. Key responsibilities also include documenting incidents and solutions in a ticketing system and contributing to the improvement of IT support processes. Education
