Job Summary

This role involves developing and maintaining IT concepts for PC technology, peripherals, operating systems, standard software, and IT security. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and procuring IT hardware and software, implementing and operating IT services, and managing user accounts, roles, and permissions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and adapting Service Level Agreements, administering system hardware and communication systems, and providing user support for PC workstations. A key aspect of the job is documenting and optimizing processes, and actively participating in digitalization and OZG implementation projects.
