Job Summary
This role involves the planning, implementation, and optimization of modern client deployments using Microsoft Intune. You will be responsible for developing automated provisioning processes with tools like Windows Autopilot and Zero-Touch Deployment, configuring Intune policies, and ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure, particularly Azure AD. A key part of the job includes providing 2nd and 3rd-level support and troubleshooting for Intune and Endpoint Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, and a solution-oriented approach to modern client management concepts, contributing to a dynamic team environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or Information Electronics Technician)
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in client management
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Intune, specifically in deployment & device provisioning
- Experience with imaging, driver integration, software distribution, and device configuration
- Experience with Co-Management (Intune + SCCM) (desirable)
- Knowledge of macOS or iOS device management in Intune (desirable)
