Job Summary

This role is for an experienced planning engineer with a background in railway control and safety technology, eager to transition into an expert reviewer position. Day-to-day, you will qualify as a plan reviewer through a structured mentorship program, perform technical reviews of railway control and safety systems, and ensure compliance with legal and technical regulations. You will also assess the usability of systems and components, verify the proper use of approved hardware and software, and create detailed review notes and expert opinions. The position involves continuous professional development in both legacy and new railway technologies (e.g., ESTW, DSTW, ETCS), ensuring planning quality during construction, and providing project consultation.
