This role is for a dynamic Performance Manager to drive process improvements and enhance performance transparency within the A320 Final Assembly Line at Airbus in Hamburg. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with IT and production teams to implement solutions, lead recurrent cost convergence, and foster performance enhancements using their expertise in relevant systems and data tools. Day-to-day tasks include developing automated workflows, extracting and analyzing complex datasets for performance reports, and providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making and continuous process improvement.
