Job Summary

This Senior Project Manager role involves leading dynamic project teams of 3-6 consultants on critical strategic projects across various cross-functional areas. The successful candidate will conceptualize transformation projects with key stakeholders, define objectives, and manage interfaces between different initiatives during implementation. A core part of the role is applying extensive management expertise and consulting methodologies, while also developing team members through feedback and coaching. The position requires supporting agile program and project management on the client side, working closely with TSC partners.
