Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will be a crucial part of the team ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services for the German Armed Forces. Your day-to-day will involve taking on and resolving IT and telecommunications (TK) disruptions, performing on-site tasks for IT/TK installations, moves, adds, and changes, and contributing to projects focused on integrating IT/TK infrastructure. You will also be responsible for installing and commissioning hardware, providing user training, and maintaining/updating hardware and software products. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication. You will play a vital role in the digital future of the German Armed Forces, operating within one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures.
