Job Summary

This critical role involves leading the technical direction for deployable data centers within the military IT sector, focusing on high-security environments for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The Lead Expert will be responsible for defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements, translating them into robust concepts and architectures for command and control information systems. Key activities include customer consultation on implementation and operational models, supporting proposal development, and collaborating across internal units, the Bundeswehr, and external service providers. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in IT architecture, particularly within complex, security-relevant infrastructures, coupled with deep knowledge of IP networking, high availability concepts, and operational models like ITIL, ensuring the continuous modernization and operational readiness of one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures.
