Job Summary

This role involves leading a technical operations group within technical building management, overseeing a team of skilled tradespeople from various crafts. The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel management, coordination, and the targeted training and development of all employees. A key aspect of the role is ensuring compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental protection standards. The position also entails operator responsibility for electronic systems within the Fritzlar property, including the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of technical and operational systems and structural facilities. You will plan and manage workflows using the SAP system, adapt maintenance and checklist according to AMEV guidelines, and approve services from external providers. Required Skills

Education

Master Technician or State-certified Technician, preferably in Electrical Engineering (Operations Technology) or Industrial Master Electrician or Master Electrician. Willingness to undertake employer-funded further training in Electrical Engineering if primary qualification is not in this field.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in leading medium-sized groups of tradespeople or small to medium-sized businesses
  • Professional experience with PC and standard software applications (MS-Office)

Languages

German (Basic)

  • Class B driving license and willingness to acquire a Bundeswehr Class B driving license and operate a service vehicle. Commitment to the liberal democratic basic order as defined by the Basic Law. Agreement to participate in a medical entrance examination. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, on-call duty, and short-term assignments at other locations. Willingness to participate in regular and advanced training.
