This role involves the daily administration, maintenance, and continuous development of various medical information systems within a large hospital network in Munich. The specialist will focus on supporting pharmacy (Zenzy), pathology (Nexus), and core medical documentation (Citaib) systems, ensuring smooth operations and optimal user support. Key responsibilities include monitoring system performance, providing 2nd-level technical support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing clinical workflows through digitalization projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in IT, Medical Technology, or Healthcare, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in hospital IT
- Professional experience with Zenzy, Nexus, and Citaib systems (ideally)
- Good understanding of clinical and administrative processes in healthcare
- More than 3 years of professional experience (for career changers with IT affinity)
