Job Summary

As a Polymer Chemist, you will be instrumental in developing novel, polyester-based plastics for a circular economy. Your day-to-day will involve designing and optimizing polymer formulations and polymerization strategies, scaling up synthesis routes to the 100+ kilogram range, and leading analytical workstreams using techniques like DSC, TGA, and NMR to define ideal material properties. You will collaborate closely with process engineers and external partners to translate R&D findings into robust, scalable processes and develop sustainable plastic products for applications such as extrusion, injection moulding, and 3D printing.
