This role involves acting as a crucial link for all service requests and implementation orders within the company's delivery organization. The IT Expert will be responsible for managing external partners, ensuring all procurement-related processes are executed in compliance with public procurement law, and integrating vendor services into business processes. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing complex service procurements, overseeing external service providers, and supporting the delivery of contractual services within projects, while meticulously tracking quality, cost, and timelines.
