Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Technician to join a leading European IT company in Ludwigsburg. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for clients. You will also manage user accounts, permissions, and execute software installations and rollouts, all while meticulously documenting your activities. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT System Electronics Technician or IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with initial professional experience in IT support or system administration. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware components is essential, along with a Class B driving license and fluent German skills. This position offers an unlimited contract, 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and extensive training.
