This role as a 2nd Level IT Service Technician, based in Berlin or Munich, involves acting as the crucial link between end-users and complex IT infrastructures. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering customer IT infrastructure, resolving and documenting technical problems, and providing on-site support for hardware, software, computers, printers, mobile devices, and networks. You will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring IT standards. The ideal candidate possesses an IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent, along with practical experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support, Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, SCCM, Active Directory, and network technology.
