Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT professional to join a leading IT service provider for the German federal government and armed forces. The successful candidate will be based in Munich (North) and primarily responsible for on-site IT support for users. Day-to-day tasks include installing, commissioning, upgrading, and maintaining hardware, performing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) tasks for IT/telecommunications endpoints, and providing 1st and 2nd level on-site support.
