Job Summary
This role involves performing routine and troubleshooting measurements using quantitative and qualitative HPLC-MS/MS analyses to determine metabolites (e.g., newborn screening), drugs, and medications in human samples within a high-throughput medical laboratory. The successful candidate will also conduct HPLC routine analyses for metabolites and vitamins, and various analyses using ICPMS, Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, and Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining QM documents, managing analytical equipment like HPLC-MS/MS systems and pipetting robots, including their qualification and calibration, and supporting the development and establishment of new methods. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA), or Chemical Laboratory Technician.
Experience
- • Professional experience in HPLC-MS/MS, ICPMS, Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, and Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry is desirable.
