Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist (MTL/MTLA) focusing on sophisticated lab diagnostics within a leading lab medicine company. The professional will execute a broad spectrum of procedures, including the clinical-chemical determination of enzymes and substrates, performing complex chemiluminescence immunoassays (covering cardiac markers, hormones, and infection serology), serum electrophoresis, and comprehensive coagulation testing, including D-dimers and single factor analyses. A core responsibility involves the independent technical validation and release of patient results, alongside rigorous internal and external quality assurance measures, and routine equipment maintenance. The position requires a completed technical or biological vocational degree (MTL/MTLA, BTA, CTA, or Biologist) and good written and spoken German skills. While prior experience in a medical lab is beneficial, the role is explicitly open to career starters.
