Job Summary

As the Head of Engineering & Data Foundation, you will lead and motivate teams in a DevSecOps organization, fostering an agile culture and ensuring the optimal utilization of corporate IT applications. Your daily tasks will involve disciplinary leadership, promoting self-organization within teams, and contributing to the company's strategic IT direction. You will be responsible for advancing the organization, achieving top-level key results, and supporting Agile Coaches and teams in setting mid-level goals, all while ensuring compliance with ITIL, DevSecOps, and BWI processes. A key focus will be on increasing efficiency through automation, managing service delivery quality, and overseeing stakeholder relations, incident management, and reporting to ensure IT security compliance. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in data and application platforms, and a commitment to driving digital transformation for Germany's future.
