This role is for an engaged and motivated IT Support Specialist to join a team of 5-25 individuals, providing 1st and 2nd level IT support for federal agencies and ministries in Berlin Mitte. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for IT-related queries, incidents, and service requests, handling tickets independently and assisting users via phone and on-site. The position involves problem-solving, escalating complex issues to specialists, and diligently documenting solutions and information within ticket systems and knowledge bases.
