Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 2nd-Level IT support for a federal authority customer based in central Berlin. The specialist will serve as the central point of contact, independently managing and resolving IT tickets, disturbances, and service requests via phone, remote access, and on-site support. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with specialized teams, and meticulously documenting all problem resolutions and information within the ticketing system and knowledge base. The ideal candidate possesses strong IT knowledge, particularly with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office, coupled with excellent customer and service orientation. This position is suitable for candidates with a formal IT background or career changers demonstrating at least five years of professional IT experience and a passion for technology.
