Job Summary

This Postdoctoral Researcher position at Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) focuses on cutting-edge research in magnetoelectric antiferromagnets. The successful candidate will be responsible for the synthesis, structural, and magnetoelectric characterization of samples. Key daily activities include participation in x-ray and neutron beamtime measurements at large-scale facilities and ion-beam induced modification of samples. This role requires a PhD in physics, materials science, or a related natural science field, coupled with expertise in fabricating and characterizing condensed matter samples with ferroic ordering.
