Job Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Digital Meetingroom Engineer, responsible for the planning, evaluation, and documentation of technical solutions for modern meeting rooms and advanced video conferencing systems, particularly focusing on Microsoft Teams Rooms. You will be crucial in evaluating suitable hardware components, ensuring compatibility with existing IT infrastructure, and developing technical standards, reference architectures, and interfaces (network, power, AV control). Day-to-day tasks include overseeing installations from planning through acceptance and performing complex technical troubleshooting and performance analysis to drive optimization measures. The ideal candidate possesses a technical educational background, a strong interest in electronics and IT solutions, and experience working within agile frameworks like Scrum or SAFe. This role offers the chance to actively evaluate and integrate innovative new technologies while working autonomously within a supportive team environment across major Swiss hubs like Bern, Zurich, and Bellinzona.
