Job Summary

The role requires professional moderation of workshops and stakeholder exchanges, leveraging market trends and user feedback for continuous product evolution. This position demands data-driven decision-making, even in uncertain situations, supported by robust stakeholder management. Ideal candidates should possess a commercial or technical background complemented by further studies in IT or Business Informatics, coupled with multi-year experience in software development roles (PO, BA, Scrum Master, or Developer). Familiarity with POS systems, the retail environment, cloud infrastructure (AWS, CI/CD), and agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) is essential. Experience working with international, hybrid teams is a significant asset.
