Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support, ensuring timely and professional resolution of technical issues. The specialist will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems within Microsoft and Citrix environments, and be responsible for installing, configuring, and updating operating systems, applications, and drivers. A key part of the role is training employees on IT system usage, documenting support tickets and processes, and actively contributing to various IT projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in hardware, software, operating systems (Windows), applications, and networks, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Business Management Assistant, or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field
