Job Summary

Join a leading life science company in Ulm, Germany, as a Technical Assistant focusing on Cell Line Development. In this role, you will actively contribute to research projects, primarily involving the cultivation and generation of recombinant CHO/HEK cell lines using various cell biological methods like transfection, single-cell cloning, and clone evaluations in shake flasks and Ambr® systems. You will also be responsible for preparing, conducting, and documenting biochemical and molecular biological experiments, including DNA/RNA isolation, ddPCR, Western Blot, ELISA, and flow cytometry. Managing laboratory and analytical equipment, developing SOPs, and supporting the onboarding of new team members are also key aspects of this dynamic position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in cell biology and molecular biology to contribute to cutting-edge product development.
