Job Summary
This role involves taking technical responsibility for assigned properties, ensuring that all contractually agreed maintenance services are delivered to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, obtaining quotes, and overseeing repair and maintenance work on building systems, ensuring their operational readiness. This includes coordinating external companies and managing personnel. The ideal candidate will have a background in building services or electrical engineering, possess professional experience in facility management, and demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills. Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Building Services or Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
