Job Summary

This role involves leading and moderating risk management processes for large-scale projects, focusing on infrastructure, rail, or similar complex environments. The Project Engineer will be responsible for developing the Risk Management Plan, maintaining risk registers, and generating detailed risk analyses and reports to support critical management decision-making. A key aspect of the job is integrating quantitative risk analyses (QRA) for both cost and scheduling, requiring expertise in specialized industry tools such as @Risk, Safran, or ARM. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, ideally complemented by a PMI-RMP certification, and possesses strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree, for example in Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in risk management for large-scale projects (e.g., large infrastructure, rail, road construction, oil & gas, nuclear industry)
  • Experience in quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis (QCSRA)
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience in knowledge transfer
