Job Summary
Join armasuisse, the Swiss Federal Armaments Office, as a Project Manager to lead, plan, and coordinate medium-complexity acquisition projects within the strategic Air2030 program. This is Switzerland's largest ever armaments acquisition, offering a unique opportunity to strengthen national air defense. You will be responsible for conducting sub-projects, developing comprehensive planning documentation (including results, deadlines, costs, and risks), and monitoring progress against the Air2030 masterplan. The role requires translating complex situations into clear, level-appropriate status reports, utilizing strong visualization skills, and refining planning methodologies. Candidates must possess a university degree and IPMA certification, coupled with proven multi-year experience in effective waterfall project planning. Excellent application knowledge of MS Project and a collaborative attitude are essential for success in this meaningful and varied field of activity.
