This role involves providing essential IT user support and contributing to the development and enhancement of IT-supported procurement processes. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with user support, managing requirements for IT system adaptations, evaluating error messages to support first-level support, and initiating troubleshooting. The successful candidate will also help maintain application manuals and documentation, advise users on IT system utilization, and develop test management processes for software quality assurance. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in the support and development of IT-supported processes, ideally in a procurement environment
  • Proven project experience (if holding a vocational training background)
