Job Summary
As the Team Lead for IT and Communications Technology, you will be at the forefront of managing and evolving modern communication systems. Your daily responsibilities will include leading a dedicated team, overseeing personnel and technical aspects, and optimizing workflows for telephony infrastructure and applications. A key part of your role involves driving change management initiatives and fostering cross-team collaboration to leverage synergies. You will also be responsible for critical IT tasks, including the deployment and advancement of communication technologies like voice dialogue systems, monitoring tools, and multi-channel routing engines. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in IT or equivalent qualification (e.g., IT-specific further training) OR successfully completed vocational training in IT OR comparable long-term practical professional experience in IT.
Experience
- Many years of relevant experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- Several years of current experience in personnel leadership and development
- Professional experience in IT-related roles (if no specific education)

- Willingness to travel for business trips within Germany.
