Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive administration and maintenance of the city's IT systems, services, and applications, including Microsoft Client and Server operating systems. The IT Administrator will be responsible for configuring and monitoring network infrastructure, email, fax, and VOIP services, as well as managing software distribution, patches, updates, and security systems. A key part of the role is providing first and second-level IT support, coordinating with external IT service providers, and contributing to the continuous optimization of IT systems and security protocols. Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
Experience
