Service and Contract Management Specialist | Spezialist Service- und Contractmanagement (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive management of service contracts, from initial review and creation to ongoing administration and support for sales and billing. The specialist will be responsible for meticulously checking and preparing service contracts, managing change requests, calculating and updating contract terms within the eCare system, and providing crucial support for the sale of service agreements. Additionally, the position includes assisting with central billing for key accounts, undertaking special projects aimed at efficiency improvements, and maintaining master data. The ideal candidate is a communicative, customer-oriented individual with a strong understanding of process flows, a proactive approach to process and system design, and a keen eye for detail and numbers.
