As a Contract and Warranty Processing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the administrative and system-based support of service processes for Carrier Transicold, a leader in transport refrigeration. Your daily tasks will involve reviewing and approving repair and goodwill claims, processing domestic and international invoices, and acting as a key user for the service billing platform, eCare. This includes master data maintenance, account administration, and providing user support.
