This full-time, permanent position involves actively shaping the future of the campus by managing the entire project lifecycle for construction measures related to electrical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for needs assessment, user consultation, feasibility studies, and economic analyses. Key responsibilities also include planning, tendering, construction supervision, and billing for electrical engineering projects, ensuring professional implementation in accordance with HOAI standards. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external consultants, and planning partners, as well as defining and updating technical standards for the university's infrastructure. Required Skills

Education
