Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineer to lead and manage new construction and renovation projects, focusing on the energy-efficient modernization of technical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of projects, from planning and tendering to construction supervision, in accordance with HOAI standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing external specialist engineers, performing site surveys, estimating and controlling costs, and managing complex facilities and specialized technologies like combined heat and power plants, PV systems, wind power, and BUS systems. The position requires strong organizational skills, social competence, and proficiency with CAD and AVA software, offering a chance to make a significant impact on urban infrastructure.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable field; alternatively, a certified technician in Electrical Engineering with long-term professional experience, or a master craftsman in Electrical Engineering with long-term professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, particularly in planning, tendering, and construction supervision of new build and renovation projects.
  • Long-term professional experience in the task area if applying with a Technician or Master Craftsman qualification.
