As a Junior Field System Administrator based in Cologne, you will be the primary IT contact for schools and business clients, directly addressing their technical issues on-site. Your daily tasks will involve diagnosing and resolving IT problems, setting up and configuring IT infrastructures, performing system maintenance, and documenting solutions. You'll also be responsible for training clients on new digital solutions and actively contributing to the development of future IT strategies.
