Job Summary

This exciting (Junior) Data Scientist role, based in Cologne with 70% remote flexibility, focuses on leveraging modern AI and data-driven insights to enhance customer experience (CX). The successful candidate will analyze unstructured data, such as customer feedback and chat logs, to derive actionable insights for key CX metrics. A primary responsibility involves developing AI-supported analytical models to identify patterns and drivers of customer satisfaction, alongside building and maintaining a central insights repository. You will methodically support research projects, applying AI to boost efficiency and precision, while actively driving the use of innovative tools like Generative AI, NLP, and Predictive Analytics. Collaboration with Market Research, Data Analytics, and Voice of Customer teams is key, requiring strong communication skills to translate complex findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders. This fixed-term project (until Dec 2026, extendable) offers a long-term perspective in an innovative, data-driven environment.
