Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive administration, optimization, and monitoring of SAP systems, including ERP and Solution Manager, as well as SAP HANA databases, ensuring robust backup and restore procedures. The successful candidate will proactively maintain SAP operations, manage application, release, and lifecycle processes, and implement measures to prevent system outages. Key responsibilities also include independently handling incidents, providing second-level support, and offering technical and administrative guidance to departments and software support teams on various projects. This position requires a strong technical foundation in SAP systems, databases, and operating systems, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
