As a Junior Web Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital customer experience by supporting the implementation and advancement of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and Looker Studio. Your daily tasks will involve conducting in-depth analyses to pinpoint optimization opportunities across product development, marketing, and management, and actively participating in A/B testing efforts using Optimizely to boost conversion rates. You will also contribute to maintaining data quality, generating reports and dashboards, and monitoring key performance indicators. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or comparable field
Experience
- Initial experience in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag-Management-Systems, Looker, and Looker Studio
- Initial knowledge in A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Basic experience in BigQuery usage for data analysis and integrations with visualization tools
- Initial exposure to implementing Data Layers, server-side tagging, and building reliable tracking infrastructure for web and mobile applications
