Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist / Helpdesk professional, either experienced or entry-level, to join FERCHAU and contribute to innovative IT solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing first and potentially second-level IT support via phone and in person, acting as the primary contact for service requests, and classifying and dispatching tickets according to ITIL guidelines. The specialist will also handle user change requests and incident reports, plan and implement security infrastructure systems like firewalls and VPNs, and manage the technical operation of these systems, including resource coordination and maintenance.
