Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Technical Support Specialist to join FERCHAU's IT and Engineering team, focusing on providing essential technical support via phone to a global customer base spanning Europe, Africa, Russia, and India. Key responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of technical support tickets, analyzing call data in CRM systems via dashboards, coordinating replacement part logistics, and identifying opportunities for preventive maintenance or performance improvements in customer systems. Candidates should possess a technical qualification (Technician or Master Craftsman) in fields like Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology, coupled with practical experience in machine and plant construction commissioning. Excellent English proficiency is mandatory, and flexibility for shift work, including late, night, and occasional weekend/on-call duties, is required. Required Skills

Education

Technician or Master Craftsman qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or comparable qualification.
