Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and customer consultation at both 1st and 2nd levels. The specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues across hardware, software, and network systems. Key tasks include administering Microsoft 365, Windows servers, and cloud services, managing user accounts and policies in Active Directory/Azure AD, and supporting virtualization solutions like VMware vSphere and Hyper-V. Additionally, the position entails maintaining firewall, VPN, and general network infrastructures, alongside documenting and optimizing support processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, extensive experience in IT support, and proficiency in various Microsoft technologies and networking, contributing to a stable and supportive work environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed IT apprenticeship or long-term experience in the specified task areas.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support (1st & 2nd Level)
  • Several years of experience in IT support (1st & 2nd Level)
  • Very good knowledge of Windows Server technologies (2016 and newer)
  • Practical experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online
  • Experience with virtualization solutions like VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
  • Experience with modern network technologies (SD-WAN, VLAN, WLAN-Management, Firewalls)
