Job Summary
This role is for a technically skilled professional to provide 2nd level support for Windows and/or Linux environments. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing, processing, and resolving technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems. Key responsibilities also include supporting the planning and implementation of system and network architectures, performing error analyses, and collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, network infrastructures, and collaboration solutions like Office 365 and MS Teams.
