Job Summary

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and administering highly available IT infrastructures, encompassing server landscapes, virtualization platforms, and storage systems. Your day-to-day will involve configuring and monitoring firewalls, VPN, and network segmentation solutions, while also managing and evolving MDR platforms and managed services for early threat detection. A key part of the role includes optimizing networks, analyzing traffic, and troubleshooting network and security incidents in complex environments. You will also proactively monitor and secure the IT infrastructure through activities like penetration testing and incident response.
