Job Summary
This role focuses on establishing and enhancing IT emergency management and business continuity for a large public sector organization. The specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining emergency and recovery plans, conducting risk and impact analyses, and organizing tests and simulations to ensure the effectiveness of these plans. They will also advise and train departments on IT emergency management guidelines and ensure policies align with current standards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT security and emergency systems, looking to contribute to a critical infrastructure environment and continuously develop their expertise within a supportive team.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Security Management, Emergency Management, or comparable completed education with relevant knowledge and experience. Certifications in BCM, IT Security Management, or Emergency Management are advantageous.
Experience
- Professional experience in building and operating emergency and crisis management systems, ideally with a focus on IT security
- Experience with IT systems, security solutions, and tools for risk and vulnerability analysis
