Job Summary

This role involves strategically leading and implementing digitalization projects within the Civil Engineering, Dike Construction, and Flood Protection division of a large communal employer. The Digitalization Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities, driving the digital transformation of existing processes, and establishing new digital workflows, such as implementing Document Management Systems or programs for organizing structural inspections. A key focus is the identification and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to simplify and accelerate operations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in (Business) Informatics and possesses strong IT knowledge, deep business process understanding, and experience with project management software like Jira or MS-Project. Success requires excellent communication skills and the ability to train and motivate colleagues to adopt new technologies.
