ATS is seeking a dedicated Technical IT Engineer to join their support team for industrial IT solutions provided to a leading German manufacturer. In this role, you will be a crucial part of daily support operations in Germany, ensuring adherence to ITIL-based processes, including incident management, and meeting SLA/SMA commitments. You will serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues, collaborating closely with manufacturing teams to drive problem resolution. The position involves addressing and solving complex 3rd-line technical issues independently or as part of a multi-vendor team. - Must be willing to travel to customer sites nationwide with varying notice. Must possess a German driver's license and a motor vehicle. Must be eligible for a police clearance certificate. Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call duty. Occasional work outside business hours.
