Job Summary

This role involves managing and securing national and NATO cryptographic variables within the Bundeswehr's cyber-security center. The Cryptographic Administrator will be responsible for storing, verifying, distributing, and tracking electronic cryptographic materials using the VESUV system. Key duties include providing user support to other cryptographic administrators, assisting in the destruction of obsolete variables, and conducting multi-day courier trips both domestically and internationally to supply cryptographic documents to various military and governmental entities. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant, Office Management Clerk, Office Communication Clerk, or a comparable commercial training with an IT focus.

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative or commercial roles with an IT focus
  • Experience with secure handling of sensitive information
  • Willingness to participate in regular multi-day business trips, training courses, and further education
