This role involves leading a small technical team while actively participating in daily IT support operations and managing customer interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and prioritizing support tickets, assigning tasks to a four-person technician team, and monitoring progress to ensure service level agreements are met. A significant "hands-on" component includes device management, Windows installations, user setup, and Active Directory tasks. Additionally, the role requires serving as a central point of contact for clients, coordinating operational topics, and generating reports. The position also involves leading small to medium-sized IT projects like rollouts, migrations, and workplace setups, requiring a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
