Job Summary
The Mobile Communications System Technician will be responsible for managing mobile devices and SIM cards, including detailed documentation within an asset management system. This role serves as the primary contact for employees regarding mobile usage, tariffs, and devices, and handles logistics and shipping of mobile devices. Key responsibilities also include managing partner relationships, contract management, and active participation in project management. The technician will perform controlling, documentation, and reporting tasks, along with monitoring and error management. Additionally, they will support 1st level and provide 2nd level support in the mobile communications environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or telecommunications, experience with mobile communications, asset management, and MDM systems, and possess strong organizational and customer-oriented skills.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Master or Technician with an IT/telecommunications focus, or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in mobile communications
- Experience with Asset Management systems
- Experience with MDM systems
- Professional experience in a structured work environment
Languages
Additional
- Class C driving license (truck license) or equivalent, Extended security clearance required
